3 Workers Sue IBM Japan

I find this story fascinating on many levels and plan on following it. First, the treatment of these employees, if true, is shocking. Second, I can't help but wonder if this is a global problem at IBM. Third, I have long believed that IBM discriminates based on age - there is a long history of age discriminations suits against IBM that have been generally settled in IBM's favor.
