I want to thank Mike Finnegan over at Crooks and Liars for linking to my blog in his "Mike's Blog Roundup."
I'm under "Annals of Journalism" ...Worse than useless...
I was an engineer at IBM for 11 years. On January 27, 2009, I was laid off. Today, April 27, 2009, is my last official day at IBM. I was given severance pay this afternoon, turned over my badge, key and laptop (yes they wanted the laptop back). I have started this blog today to document the very interesting things that have happened to me so far since January 27, and to write about the current state of Corporate America regarding jobs.
